terms & conditions

The room rates in the Katschberg Lodge are in EURO per room and night including breakfast (only in winter), plus local tax (2,60 EUR per person and night, from 18 years). The AGBH - Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions respectively the payment, reservation and cancellation modalities of AK BETRIEBS GmbH apply.

Reservation and payment conditions

Your reservation is guaranteed with the disclosure of your credit card details and we will hold the room(s) for you all night. Please note that before your arrival your credit card will be pre-authorized or charged for the total price of the reservation (including local taxes and fees).

We ask for departure by 10:00 am. In case of late departure and arrival the full room rate will be charged.
Prices are subject to change!

Cancellation conditions and cancellation fee

In case of early departure or late arrival the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions respectively the payment, reservation and cancellation modalities of AK BETRIEBS GmbH apply. Excluding promotional rates - these can no longer be canceled and rebooked. Please note that in this case your credit card will be charged at the total price immediately after booking.

Our pricing is not based on fixed dates but on occupancy and time of booking. The earlier you book, the lower room rates you will receive.

Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 60 days before arrival. Excluded are promotional rates and event dates.

In case of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the room rate from the credit card if the reservation is not re-rented.
